Expectations

In the motivations tab I've presented myself as a low-stress, no frills kind of photographer.
What to expect when asking me to get the job done?

Directing
I'm not afraid to direct and am used to staging all sorts of people before my camera, thus getting the best results for a personal portrait but also creating a corporate feeling while working with, well, anyone. People before my lens mostly say 'well that was easier that I thought!' Sounds cliché but I take that as a very real compliment.

Chameleon
I'm not always directing though. I often feel like a chameleon - just experiencing the atmosphere and looking to capture it in details and feelings. When taking these unstaged photo's you'll typically not notice me after a while. Afterwards I like surprising you with a series of images that capture feelings beyond facts.

Solo
I happily work in teams but typically work alone; catering for small businesses, or the lighter (solo) photog questions for bigger ones.

Tech
I love my portable Profoto lighting kit, making it possible for me to create endless looks on any indoor & outdoor location. I furthermore work on Canon R5 with (mainly) fixed lenses (my 100 mm for portraits is fab) and (very technical) do my best work on almond milk latte macchiato's. But black coffee is much appreciated too :-)
